Focus

Learn how you can focus. If success has been allusive, ask yourself if there is a difference between someone who has repeatedly tried but hasn't been able to achieve goals and someone who fails because they just don't care?

Develop

Everybody has strengths. How you think and approach things is unique; using a generic approach would be like giving everybody the same size shoe, only a select few would find a fit. How would you feel if you walked around all day with the wrong size shoes? Work to define yourself, learn to use your strengths while developing the areas that are a challenge.

Learn

It really is all about you. Develop an understanding of how to work with yourself, instead of against yourself.

Change

Become accountable. For any type of change to be real and lasting, you need to have ownership and authorship of everything that you do.

Balance

Find balance. Balance is about being able to do what you have to do, when it needs to be done -- while also creating time to do what you want to do.
